Clara Sierra is the Managing Director at BridgePort Financial Solutions (BridgePort), where she leads the firm’s strategy, growth, and overall performance. She is responsible for advancing the BridgePort platform, enhancing the advisor experience, and supporting registered investment advisors (RIAs) with solutions for growth, succession, and long-term business success.

With more than 35 years of experience in financial services, Sierra brings deep expertise in revenue growth strategy, business development, and go-to-market execution across the independent broker-dealer and RIA channels. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, Industry Practice Lead – Asset Management for Moody’s Analytics.

Prior to Moody’s, Sierra held senior leadership roles at Amundi, Sentinel Investments, AIG Advisor Group (now Osaic), and Alliance Capital. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened key distribution relationships, and launched innovative advisor platforms and training programs. She also led the launch of AIG’s shared advisory platform, which generated $800 million in new sales in its first year.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to mentorship across the industry, Sierra serves on the board of the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation and is actively involved in supporting the next generation of financial professionals.
