Rondi joined BridgePort Financial Solutions (BridgePort) in 2026, bringing more than six years of experience in the financial services industry and over 30 years of customer service experience spanning the hospitality, retail, and financial services industries. As a Client Services Consultant, she is dedicated to delivering attentive service and helping advisors and clients feel supported every step of the way.
A graduate of Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Rondi also holds the Certified Corporate Coach (CCC®) designation.
Outside of the office, Rondi enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and making memories with family, friends, and her Shih Tzu, Odie.
